Agenda
packets were approximately 3,000 pages per commissioner which required each commissioner
to transport packets utilizing a dolly.
This was done every two weeks for five people. Changes to agenda occurred daily, which meant
a complete reprint of the packets. Not
only was the cost saving enormous, but the efficiency and errors went to nearly
zero.
§ This project was
accomplished by gaining 100% of the departments, each with unique goals, to buy
into the overall solution, train their staff on new technologies and processes,
and implement simultaneously at every location in Collin County.
